According to the laws and regulations of the country where Hako GmbH belongs, the reporting of illegal or unethical actions related to the supply chain of Hako (non-product complaints) is possible. Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of making a report. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.

A lot has changed since Hako was founded more than 70 years ago – both in the world and for us. What has not changed is our will and commitment to develop and produce machines with the best technology and intuitive operation for sustainable use. Our employees, suppliers and partners as well as our customers and operators of our machines enjoy the highest priority. In order to maintain the closest possible contact and exchange with them, our whistleblowing system is the first point of contact.

Whistleblowing System

Hako offers the possibility to contact an internal, outsourced and independent whistleblower portal in case of suspicion or knowledge of illegal or unethical actions and thus to contribute to the detection of violations of rules.

It is possible to report misconduct by employees in our group of companies as well as by our suppliers and service providers with regard to possible violations of the law or actions that are harmful to the company, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal offences, child labour, slavery, lack of occupational safety, exploitation and discrimination.

Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of making a report. Reports can be made in German and English. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.
